A qualified alpine skier with a passion for off-piste skiing and all outdoor activities in the mountains.
The first Norwegian experience dates back to 2001. After a season teaching in Tignes, Cyrille, Kristina and 3 ski instructor friends (Jérôme, Rob and Olivier) threw their ski gear into 2 old Renault Trafic vehicles, fitted out with two wooden side panels, and set off at 70 km/h across Europe to extend their winter season in the Jotunheimen National Park. The seed had been sown, and the many subsequent trips to Norway helped germinate the desire to one day settle permanently in this magnificent country where the mountains plunge into the sea to the delight of nature lovers. The appointment was made and finally 2022 was the year of definitive departure with a family enlarged by 2 daughters, Alva 5 and Vilma 10, heading for the Norway of the great fjords and more precisely the small town of Stranda, a pearl in the heart of the fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps.

KRISTINA
After several winter seasons in the Alps, Kristina embarked on a long course of study, during which she obtained diplomas in physiotherapy, osteopathy, Biokinergie and LT-therapy, among others. Over the past 10 years, Kristina has become increasingly aware of the impact that emotions have on the ailments expressed by the body. Her path has been guided by a concern for her patients' well-being and for finding lasting solutions to their problems.
The trigger was a long stay in the heart of the great fjords of Western Norway, where she experienced the sense of well-being and calm that comes from practising sports in the wilderness, combined with bathing in pure, mineral-laden water from a combination of glacial meltwater and the sea. Kristina was unknowingly discovering a Norwegian tradition and lifestyle known as "Frilutsliv". Friluftsliv brings Norwegians a sense of osmosis with nature that helps make them one of the happiest people in the world. For Kristina, sharing this sense of well-being with others was an obvious choice, and a source of boundless happiness.
